GIC Private Limited seeks a senior professional to lead operational due diligence for a diverse fund portfolio across hedges, PE and real estate. You will review fund operations, controls, and risks, manage external teams, and report findings to senior stakeholders.

You will monitor market and regulatory developments, drive cross-border collaboration, and advance ODD initiatives including AI-enabled workflows, reporting to Singapore leadership.

Formación

• 10–13 years in operational due diligence across hedge funds, private equity and real estate funds.
• CPA designation and strong knowledge of global regulatory and compliance rules.
• Experience leading cross-border teams and managing external due diligence resources.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct and manage operational due diligence for a portfolio of fund investments across global offices.
• Review qualitative and quantitative assessments of fund operations, controls and risks.
• Project manage service provider reviews, scoping, documentation and reporting.
• Monitor regulatory trends and advise business on impacts and actions.
• Lead initiatives and collaborations to enhance ODD processes, including AI-driven automations.
