Job summary

AIA Investment Management in Singapore seeks a Business Manager to partner with Investment, Operations and Corporate Support teams to drive continuous improvement across the operating model. This role identifies process inefficiencies, enhances operational controls, and strengthens due diligence (ODD) and outsourcing governance, while acting as a trusted internal consultant.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and coordinate with Group-level initiatives

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of Management Consulting and/or Project Management experience.
• Strong understanding of private and public investment markets and end-to-end investment processes across front and back office.
• Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple changing priorities.
• Project and change management experience.
• Independent and strong self-initiative.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and root cause reviews across Investment, Operational and Support functions.
• Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Support COO Office in preparing operational risk and control updates for governance forums.
• Coordinate small-scale initiatives or process pilots within Investment, Operational and Support functions.
• Track operational performance metrics and assist in communications from the COO’s office.
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting frameworks.
• Act as liaison between the COO office and internal departments to ensure clear communication.
