Job summary

Moloco is seeking a GTM Program Manager to own end-to-end policy, creative review, and vendor operations at a global scale. You will lead cross-functional coordination with Sales, Supply, Legal, and Product, and push for AI-driven automation to improve turnaround times and compliance.

The role demands 5-8 years of program management experience in GTM and policy, exceptional data-driven decision making, and fluent English in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of program management experience in global-scale policy development and operations, GTM strategy and operations, process optimization, or vendor management.
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management across creative review, policy, and vendor operations with quality and speed.
• Build global-scale content policy and operational workflows from scratch as systems evolve.
• Create documentation and training for internal teams on program best practices.
• Deliver efficiency gains through AI and automation while improving service quality.
• Report program performance with KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership.
