Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking experienced professionals in Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare to join its International Growth Practice. The role focuses on helping pharma and healthcare organisations expand globally, optimise supply chains, and build resilient operating models in a complex international environment.

You will work with senior executives of multinational corporations and governments to design strategies enabling sustainable growth across diverse markets, while leading client discussions

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Pharma and healthcare either in management consulting or strategy roles.
• Growth markets experience across regions such as SE Asia, China, India, Middle East, Latin America, Africa and CEE.
• Proven ability to manage client engagements with multiple stakeholders in different countries.
• Ability to transform quantitative and qualitative data into insights on country, sector and consumer trends.
• Credentials in business development and sales to support proposals and client discussions.
• Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; team player in a diverse global team.

Responsibilities

• Develop expansion strategies for clients seeking international expansion or to realign supply chain and production footprints for resilience.
• Provide in-depth analyses: market expansion, market entry, channel strategies, operating model design, partner evaluation and selection.
• Lead global site selection for HQs, R&D sites, and manufacturing plants.
• Assess global talent availability to support growth strategies.
• Realign supplier portfolios to meet realigned supply chains.
• Develop strategic points of view on international growth and opportunities for publication.
• Lead client discussions and workshops with senior executives and governments.
• Develop global relationships and a pipeline of inbound/outbound projects; collaborate with PwC network.
• Engage external stakeholders and participate in regional/international conferences and client events.
