Job summary

Barrington James is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company to recruit an experienced Product Manager in Singapore. This role focuses on driving brand growth, shaping product strategy and delivering impactful campaigns across the product lifecycle.

The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory and Commercial Excellence to execute strategic marketing initiatives and optimize brand performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing or related discipline.
• 3–8 years of pharmaceutical commercial experience, including Product Management or Brand Management.
• Proven experience developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with business objectives.
• Drive product strategy across the full lifecycle, including launch planning, growth initiatives and lifecycle management.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory and Commercial Excellence teams to ensure successful execution of brand initiatives.
• Lead promotional campaigns, omnichannel marketing activities and customer engagement programmes.
• Manage marketing budgets, forecast product performance and monitor business KPIs.
• Support sales force effectiveness through training, marketing materials and field engagement.
