Job summary

Crestar is seeking a Business Development Assistant Manager / Senior Executive to join our Growth Initiative team in Singapore. The role focuses on developing and implementing BD strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the ceiling fan business, with overseas travel possible.

You will build strategic alliances with partners, distributors, suppliers and stakeholders, conduct market analysis, forecast sales, and collaborate with sales, product development and management teams

Qualifications

• Develop and implement business development strategies to grow revenue and market share in the ceiling fan business.
• Build and nurture relationships with industry partners, distributors, suppliers and stakeholders to create strategic alliances.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities for product development and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the ceiling fan business.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with developers, government projects, and architects.
• Forecast sales targets and analyze performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to inform strategy.
• Coordinate product testing and compliance processes for safety marks.
• Assist in IP registration and renewal activities.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and management teams to support growth.
• Prepare quotations aligned with customer requirements, pricing, and terms.
• Conduct site visits to assess space, size, and design considerations.
• Attend relevant industry events and conferences to expand network.
