Job summary

SB ENTERTAINMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Business Development Assistant Manager to support growth initiatives, drive new partnerships, and strengthen client engagement. You will work with senior leadership to identify opportunities and execute campaigns that align with company objectives.

You will lead market research, tailor proposals, and negotiate deals while collaborating with operations, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless project delivery and reliable client commitments.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven BD, corporate sales, or partnership experience.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, contract negotiation, lead qualification, and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new market opportunities, corporate partnerships, and prospective client accounts to meet revenue targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, corporate stakeholders, and external partners.
• Conduct market research, track industry trends, and monitor competitor activities to refine business strategy and pricing models.
• Formulate tailored business proposals, pitches, presentations, and quotations; lead commercial negotiations to close deals.
• Collaborate closely with internal operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment on client commitments.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), maintain sales pipeline records, and prepare regular performance reports and market insights for management.
