Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in marketing or performance marketing, preferably in tech or blockchain.
• Proficiency with marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics) and virtual tools (Gather, Zoom, Slack).
• Strong command of English (verbal and written).
• Energetic, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Email Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns with segmentation and performance tracking.
• Ad Campaigns: Plan, implement and optimize paid ads across platforms to drive ROI.
• Event Marketing: Lead promo for events from promotion to post-event follow-up.
• SEO: Lead on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research and link-building.
