Ethos BeathChapman is seeking a Global Head of Marketing to shape growth for a high-growth B2B payments company. This strategic role leads global marketing strategy, prioritises market expansion, and drives measurable commercial outcomes across international markets.

You will own demand generation, product marketing, and go-to-market initiatives, while building and mentoring a high-performing team in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in payments/fintech.
• Proven track record in demand generation and pipeline growth.
• Experience supporting global or regional GTM strategies and expansion.
• Built and led high-performance marketing teams.
• Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leadership to translate priorities into scalable programmes.
• Develop and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with growth and expansion.
• Own demand generation and pipeline across digital, paid media, content, events, partnerships, ABM.
• Lead product marketing, positioning, launches and sales enablement.
• Mentor and build a high-performing marketing team with KPI tracking.
