BeathChapman Pte Ltd is seeking a Global Head of Marketing to lead its worldwide marketing strategy and execution. This strategic yet hands-on role will scale the marketing function, strengthen market positioning, and drive measurable commercial outcomes across international markets.

You will partner with leadership and product teams to translate priorities into scalable campaigns, build a high-performing team, and establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to drive growth.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience within Payments and Treasury Solutions or Enterprise Financial Technology.
• Expertise in demand generation with ability to generate qualified pipeline and connect marketing initiatives to measurable revenue outcomes.
• Experienced in supporting global or regional go-to-market strategies and international expansion.
• Built and managed marketing teams or functions.
• Commercially minded, data-driven and comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a high-growth environment.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leadership, commercial and product teams to translate priorities into scalable marketing programmes.
• Develop and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with growth and market expansion.
• Own demand generation and pipeline growth across digital marketing, paid media, content, events, partnerships and ABM.
• Lead product marketing and go-to-market initiatives, including positioning, messaging, launches and sales enablement.
• Build, mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team with KPIs, attribution frameworks and performance reporting.
