Qualifications

• Degree from a top-tier global business school; MBA or Master’s degree advantageous.
• 7+ years of work experience with strong networks in hiring companies.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in business development and managing senior stakeholders.
• Experience in international markets is an advantage.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and be detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Engage with GSCD to deliver career workshops, events and company presentations.
• Develop strategic initiatives to enhance GSCD career services for participants.
• Identify and secure full-time and internship opportunities in SG and abroad.
• Build partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers globally.
• Collaborate with NTU/NBS stakeholders to source jobs and internships.
• Maintain market insights on employer factors in key markets.
• Counsel students on sectors and geographies; ensure readiness for employer interactions.
