ISERIOUS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced advertising specialist to drive customer acquisition and sales across international markets for travel eSIM solutions.

You will plan, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns, conduct keyword research, manage budgets, and analyse the customer journey from click to purchase. Strong data skills and English communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years hands-on Google Ads experience managing campaigns and budgets.
• Strong data analysis and logical reasoning; able to explain changes and optimize.
• Proven campaign success with lower CAC, higher conversions and sustainable ROI.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, GA4 and conversion tracking; Excel or Google Sheets.
• Clear written and spoken English; attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experience with international or multi-market campaigns preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max and other channels.
• Conduct keyword research and optimise search terms, negative keywords, bidding strategies.
• Manage advertising budgets across markets and campaigns, reallocating as needed.
• Analyse customer journey from ad click to purchase; identify barriers and optimise.
• Investigate performance changes, run structured tests on ad copy, targeting and landing pages.
• Collaborate with product/technical teams to implement conversion tracking (GA4/GTM).
• Work with marketing and creative teams to develop assets and messaging for audiences.
• Evaluate results vs. sales and CAC; present findings and recommended actions.
