Job summary

ISERIOUS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Advertising Specialist to grow customer acquisition and sales across international markets. You will manage Google Ads campaigns from planning to analysis and optimization.

The role requires hands-on campaign management, strong data analysis, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Appointment at Specialist or Senior Specialist level will depend on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Google Ads experience managing campaigns and budgets.
• Strong data analysis and logical reasoning to explain changes.
• Proven results: lower CAC, higher conversions, sustainable ROI.
• Fluent English; able to work independently and across teams.
• Preferred experience in international or multi-market campaigns.
• Experience with travel tech or eSIM and app campaigns is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max and other relevant Google advertising channels.
• Conduct keyword research and optimise search terms, negative keywords, campaign structures, targeting and bidding strategies.
• Manage advertising budgets across markets and campaigns, monitoring spending and reallocating investment based on performance.
• Analyse the customer journey from ad click to purchase, identify conversion barriers and recommend improvements.
• Investigate performance changes, develop hypotheses and run structured tests across ad copy, targeting, bidding and landing pages.
• Work with product and technical teams to implement and validate conversion tracking through Google Ads, GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop advertising assets and messaging relevant to different destinations, audiences and travel needs.
• Evaluate platform-reported results alongside actual sales and acquisition costs, and present clear findings and recommended actions.
