NetEase, Inc. is seeking a Game Category Operations Executive to own and grow an assigned game category on our overseas trading platform. You will drive end-to-end category operations from trend monitoring to campaigns, and collaborate cross-functionally to boost category GMV.

The role requires at least 1 year in overseas game operations, with knowledge of a game genre (SLG, card, RPG) or pan-entertainment, plus strong data analysis to turn metrics into actionable plans and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of experience in overseas game operations.
• In-depth knowledge of at least one game genre (SLG, card games, or RPG) or pan-entertainment products.
• Strong data analysis skills to translate metrics into actionable insights.
• Understanding of gamer communities and how to leverage them for growth.

Aufgaben

• Own operations for an assigned game category, including trend monitoring, merchandising, campaigns and promotions.
• Coordinate with partners to grow category transaction volume (GMV).
• Analyse category performance to identify growth opportunities and improve user experience.
• Develop strategies to enhance trading or top-up/recharge services within gaming scenarios.
