OCBC invites applications for a Product Manager role focused on Cross-Border Payments and Transaction FX within Global Transaction Banking. You will drive end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and profitability for a client-centric corporate banking portfolio.

The ideal candidate combines product management with deep payments and banking domain knowledge, working with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver compliant, innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in transaction banking, cash management, payments, FX or treasury services.
• Strong understanding of cross-border payments, SWIFT, correspondent banking and payment rails.
• Knowledge of ISO 20022 messaging standards advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Cross-Border Payments and Transaction FX product portfolio with accountability for performance and profitability.
• Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with transaction banking objectives.
• Identify market opportunities through customer insights and industry trends.
• Define product value propositions, business cases, and commercialization strategies for launches.
• Lead pricing strategy and profitability optimization across segments.
• Monitor product performance and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Support governance and regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Sales, Relationship Managers, Compliance, and Technology to deliver outcomes.
