Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Front End Global Pln Strategic Scenario Operation, to lead enterprise-level fab scenario improvements and long-range capacity planning across the global front-end network.

You will guide the team, collaborate with planning, finance, R&D, and modeling groups, and ensure robust, data-driven recommendations aligned with business plans. AI-driven transformation is a focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or similar with proven experience.
• Semiconductor manufacturing, capacity or scenario planning, or strategic operations experience.
• Strong understanding of fab operations, wafer flows, planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Central Scenario team with monthly SNOP cadence.
• Drive global fab scenario optimization considering cost, capital, ramp, inventory, and roadmap.
• Partner with Global Front End Planning Central teams and other functions to align assumptions.
• Own governance, change control, and parameter management for planning inputs.
• Translate capacity and process constraints into actionable options for senior leadership.
• Mentor Strategic Scenario Engineers to strengthen capability and communication.
• Ensure monthly/ad hoc scenario studies deliver high-quality analysis and executive-ready messaging.
• Run cross-functional projects to meet timelines and commitments.
