Job summary

Flintex Consulting Singapore is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate end-to-end IOR/EOR processes for global shipments, including pricing and documentation. You will work with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance and delivery.

The role requires a diploma in International Business, Logistics, or a related field, 1–2 years in logistics or trade operations, and strong communication with overseas partners.

Qualifications

• Diploma in International Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or trade operations.
• Familiarity with IOR/EOR processes and international trade regulations is a plus.
• Knowledge of APAC trade regulations is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end IOR/EOR processes for global shipments, including pricing and documentation.
• Work with freight forwarders and customs brokers for smooth clearance and delivery.
• Verify and maintain shipping documents — invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin.
• Prepare import/export permits, declarations, and other required trade documents.
• Act as a direct point of contact for clients on pricing enquiries and shipment queries.
• Support pricing negotiations with partners to achieve competitive and sustainable rates.
• Source new overseas agents or service partners to support operational needs.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing and new partners.
• Stay current on customs regulations and trade policies across relevant countries.
