Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate end-to-end IOR/EOR processes for global shipments from Singapore. You will liaise with freight forwarders and brokers to ensure smooth clearance and timely delivery.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in logistics, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication with overseas partners. Familiarity with APAC trade regulations is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in International Business, Logistics or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or trade operations.
• Familiarity with IOR/EOR processes and international trade regulations is a plus.
• Knowledge of APAC trade regulations is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with overseas partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end IOR/EOR processes for global shipments, including pricing and documentation.
• Work with freight forwarders and customs brokers for smooth clearance and delivery.
• Verify and maintain shipping documents — invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin.
• Prepare import/export permits, declarations, and other required trade documents.
• Act as a direct point of contact for clients on pricing enquiries and shipment queries.
• Support pricing negotiations with partners to achieve competitive and sustainable rates.
• Source new overseas agents or service partners to support operational needs.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing and new partners.
