Adatacompany is seeking an Import/Export Customer Service Coordinator to provide proactive operational support for international freight forwarding, including air and sea freight, import/export, and customs clearance. The role focuses on accurate processing, regulatory compliance, and delivering shipments to meet customer expectations with excellent service standards.

• Coordinate import and export shipment operations for air and/or sea freight.
• Prepare, verify and process shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, permits, invoices and customs declarations.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipment data entry into freight forwarding systems.
• Monitor shipment milestones and provide shipment status updates.
• Liaise with customers, carriers, customs authorities, transport providers, overseas offices and vendors.
• Arrange customs clearance activities and ensure compliance with regulations and SOPs.
• Coordinate transport, cargo release and delivery arrangements.
• Verify shipping documents before shipment release.
• Follow up on shipment exceptions, delays, damaged cargo and operational issues.
• Support invoicing, billing verification and resolution of invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate operational records and comply with company policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
