Innergy Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced S&P, DGM/Senior Manager to lead fleet development, newbuilding strategy, and vessel procurement for a global shipping client.

The role focuses on driving medium to long-term fleet plans and strategic acquisitions while negotiating with leading shipyards. The ideal candidate brings deep shipping knowledge, strong financial analytics, and exceptional negotiation skills to optimize vessel investments and project economics.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years in maritime procurement, S&P, or related roles.
• Proven track record in vessel procurement and newbuilding negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full newbuilding procurement lifecycle from market assessment to vessel delivery.
• Negotiate with international shipyards and manage strategic shipyard relationships.
• Model profitability and conduct feasibility studies for vessel investments.
• Monitor shipbuilding markets and pricing to secure favorable terms.
• Coordinate stakeholders across procurement and newbuilding projects.
• Provide senior management with market intelligence and strategic recommendations.
