Job summary

EPOS POS Singapore is seeking a proactive project coordinator to support cross‑solution client projects and ensure smooth implementation. You will help track timelines, capture action items, and attend meetings to record structured notes and follow-ups.

This role involves preparing standardized project documentation, supporting weekly summaries, and contributing to the delivery of case studies for key clients as the company expands across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating client projects across multiple solutions to ensure smooth implementation and timely delivery.
• Support project tracking and monitoring by maintaining and updating project status, timelines, and action items in internal trackers.
• Attend client and internal meetings to take structured meeting notes, summarise key discussions, and track follow-up actions.
• Assist in preparing and standardising project documentation, including project scope, implementation plans, and handover documents.
• Assist in preparing weekly project summaries, highlighting progress, risks, and outstanding issues.
• Deliver case study for key clients.
