Job summary

QUESS SINGAPORE is seeking a Finance and Accounting Specialist in Singapore to support day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and commission calculations while collaborating with regional leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

You will lead month/quarter/year-end closings, ensure accuracy of P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow, and manage intercompany charges and reconciliations while partnering with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting/financial analysis experience in a commercial setting.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing with P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
• Review variances, COGS vs revenue, bank movements, and expenses for regional forecasts.
• Manage balance sheet schedules, prepayments, accruals, payroll, and intercompany charges.
• Oversee outsourced accounting provider against SLAs and ensure timely deliverables.
• Support GST, corporate tax reviews, and statutory audits; handle AP/AR and GL reconciliations.
