Aufgaben

• Support the CFO with day-to-day finance and accounting requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment follow-up.
• Prepare and process supplier payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Assist with bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliations and other monthly reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow monitoring.
• Review invoices and supporting records for proper approvals.
• Maintain organised financial documentation for audits and compliance.
• Assist with VAT, tax and other regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, suppliers and internal departments.
