Job summary

Jtron (SAP) Pte Ltd is seeking an onsite Technical Support Engineer to install, calibrate and service Semiconductor Testers & Handlers and related OEM products at customer sites, locally and overseas.

You will troubleshoot workstation hardware and OS, perform system upgrades, prepare service reports and maintain strong customer relationships while travel is frequent to support operations worldwide.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including overseas.
• Experience in the semiconductor production testing environment preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork: build relationships with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• System maintenance and troubleshooting of workstation hardware and OS.
• Set-up, install, upgrade, and troubleshoot automated semiconductor equipment at customer sites (local and overseas).
• Prepare service reports and feedback on equipment performance.
• Engage with customers to ensure high levels of service and quality.
• Perform other duties as required by the company or partners.
