Qualifications

• Proven direct customer-facing experience.
• Experience with legal terms and third-party contractors.

Responsibilities

• Draft and process SoW with customers and partners.
• Lead negotiations and approvals with internal interfaces and external parties.
• Manage workflows and configurations in PS information systems.
• Use internal systems to manage data and identify AI-powered improvements.
• Support global deployment teams to ensure smooth execution.
