ACExcellent Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Application Engineer (Factory Productivity System) to be the primary client interface, maintaining strong relationships and resolving issues during deployment of our applications to help clients meet objectives. You will train end users, support change management, test requested changes, and manage budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in CS or Engineering.
• 3+ years in semiconductor manufacturing or assembly.
• Experience with software deployment projects.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers.
• Willingness to travel internationally 10–30%.
• Understanding of semiconductor process control systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define deliverables and estimate project requirements within schedule.
• Collaborate with IMS consulting, sales, and development teams.
• Provide feedback to account manager on weekly activities and requests.
• Support deployments and QA for new software versions.
• Assist deployment of IMS software and industrial engineering systems.
• Provide technical assistance to customers for IMS products.
• Deliver onsite training on IMS software and services.
• Support regional sales with technical demonstrations.
