Job summary

UNITED PERSONNEL SERVICES in Singapore is seeking a logistics coordinator to handle customer enquiries, quotations and shipment matters. You will coordinate LCL/FCL export shipments, liaise with service providers, and monitor schedules to provide timely updates.

The role requires a Diploma in Logistics and at least 1 year of export experience, with strong Excel skills. 5-day week, 9am-6pm, on-site in Jurong East.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Nitec in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience handling export shipments.
• Familiar with export consolidation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Team-oriented, proactive and adaptable to dynamic operations.
• Singaporean only eligible to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, quotations and shipment-related matters.
• Coordinate LCL/FCL export shipments and transport arrangements with relevant parties.
• Liaise with service providers to ensure timely completion of required services and documentation.
• Monitor shipment schedules and provide timely status updates.
• Follow up on shipment arrangements, approvals and operational issues.
• Prepare shipment reports and assist with freight rate comparisons.
• Coordinate with internal teams and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
