Job summary

Yamazaki Mazak Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Export Control Officer to ensure full regulatory compliance across Japan METI FEFTA, SGCA/SGCO, and Mazak ICP. You will be the central contact for export control, managing classifications, permits, and risk assessments.

The role involves training, policy implementation, and advisory support to Sales, Service, Production, and Engineering, while coordinating with Mazak Japan HQ. 3–7 years in export control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce export control policies across all departments.
• Ensure compliance with METI/FEFTA, SGCA/SGCO, and ICP.
• Classify machine-tool parts, CNC components, data; assess ITT risks.
• Coordinate export permits and track approvals for shipments.
• Engage sales, service, production, and engineering on export risks.
• Develop guidelines, SOPs, and audit-ready documentation.
