• Assisting in the planning, coordinating and execution of corporate events and incentive programs
• Researching, sourcing and contracting venues, vendors, and suppliers for events
• Assisting in the development of event budgets, timelines and schedules
• Coordinating travel arrangements for event attendees
• Assisting in the development and management of relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers
• Overseeing event logistics such as registration, transportation, and audio-visual needs
• Assisting in managing on-site event execution, including overseeing staff and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
• Providing post-event evaluations and reporting on event success
• Continuously seeking new and innovative event concepts to stay ahead of industry trends
• Traveling as needed to various event locations, to assist in managing and executing events
