NCS is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead – Data & AI to drive end-to-end execution of large-scale data and AI programs. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, ensure delivery excellence, manage senior stakeholders, and provide strong leadership across complex engagements.

This role requires strong delivery governance, cloud data platforms, and the ability to lead both Agile and Waterfall projects, with a track record of shaping strategy, managing risks, and delivering measurable

Qualifications

10–15+ years in Data & AI delivery with 5+ years in senior leadership.
Proven track record delivering complex Data & AI initiatives.
Strong understanding of data architectures and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle delivery of Data & AI initiatives, ensuring quality, timeline adherence, and budget control.
Define delivery roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics aligned to business outcomes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and cohesive execution.
Drive risk management, issue resolution, and quality assurance across all phases.
Mentor project managers and delivery teams to build delivery capabilities.
