Own end-to-end delivery of assigned group enterprise projects, from initiation and planning through execution, go-live and handover to business-as-usual.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets and resource plans; track progress against baseline.
- Apply a hybrid delivery approach — Waterfall for infrastructure and security workstreams, Agile for application and AI workstreams.
- Manage scope, change requests and cross-workstream dependencies; elevate early where timelines or outcomes are at risk.
- Maintain project governance artefacts in line with CIO Programme Office standards: project charters, RAID logs, status reports and steering committee packs.
2. Group Enterprise Project Portfolio
Deliver the CIO Office’s priority group initiatives, coordinating workstreams across entities and shared services.
- HRMS : drive global delivery of group HR management system and its deliverables in partnership with the Global HR Shared Services team.
- Data Governance: drive delivery of the group data governance roadmap deliverables in partnership with the Data Governance Office.
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP): implement the group-wide DLP rollout across Google Workspace, Microsoft ecosystem, from vendor/solution selection through procurement, configuration, tuning and entity rollout.
- AI Innovation: run AI innovation projects from use-case discovery and proof-of-concept through to production, tracking adoption and business value.
- Identity & Access: maintain oversight of the group identity (Microsoft Entra ID) rollout delivered by GOT’s shared IT services entity — tracking milestones, dependencies and cross-entity impacts, and flagging risks to the CIO.
Manage system integrators, vendors and internal delivery teams to contracted scope, quality and timelines.
- Track vendor deliverables, milestones and service levels; hold delivery partners accountable for outcomes.
- Support procurement activities — requirements definition, RFQ/RFP inputs and evaluation — in partnership with procurement.
- Validate vendor change requests and milestone claims against agreed scope before approval.
4. Stakeholder Management & Cross-Entity Coordination
Act as the single delivery point of contact for assigned projects across group IT, shared services and entity business leads.
- Drive Steering Committee and project working level meetings.
- Align entity stakeholders on priorities, requirements, resourcing and go-live readiness.
- Navigate competing priorities in a multi-entity environment, building consensus without direct authority.
- Communicate status, risks and decisions clearly and proactively to the CIO and steering committees — no surprises.
5. Risk, Quality & Continuous Improvement
Safeguard delivery quality and embed good practice across the projects under management.
- Identify, assess and mitigate delivery, security and compliance risks, including data protection (PDPA) considerations.
- Coordinate testing, cutover, change management and user adoption activities.
- Capture lessons learnt and contribute to improving CIO Programme Office templates, tooling and AI-enabled delivery practices.
