Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking a senior professional to drive digital enablement initiatives across international business partnerships and regional markets. The role involves coordinating with Operations, Technology, Marketing, Product and business units to deliver a digitally enabled ecosystem that deepens customer engagement and facilitates ASEAN–China flows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience.
• Understanding of modern architectures (microservices, event streaming, multi-region systems).
• Knowledge of payment systems, processing, and industry trends (digital payments).
• Experience participating in technical design discussions and architecture reviews.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task and take ownership of initiatives.
• Keen interest in learning new technology.
• Experience in financial and corporate banking is an advantage.
• Ability to connect regional opportunities from a digital perspective.
• Strong risk awareness including regulatory considerations across markets.
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with colleagues across countries.
