Job summary

Lidl & Kaufland Asia seeks a Senior Corporate Communications Specialist to align regional messaging and elevate executive leadership across the region. You will craft high-impact narratives for C-suite leaders and drive enterprise-wide change communications.

You will develop internal and external strategies, draft keynotes and memos, and build external visibility through thought leadership and media opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, marketing communications or corporate affairs, preferably within a multinational corporate regional headquarters
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, International Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Exceptional storytelling and written communication skills, with a proven track record of ghostwriting for C-suite and senior executives.
• Experience creating cross-functional communication frameworks and driving change management messaging for major transformations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies for C-suite and senior executives.
• Draft executive keynotes, all-hands addresses, strategic memos, op-eds, and talking points.
• Lead cross-functional communication frameworks to foster cohesive alignment across teams.
• Manage external profiling and platform opportunities to elevate leadership visibility.
• Position the company as an employer and partner through stakeholder engagement and thought leadership.
