Job summary

Razer is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to manage end‑to‑end e‑commerce order fulfillment in a fast‑paced consumer electronics environment. You will process orders in SAP, oversee inventory and replenishment, coordinate shipments and returns, and ensure SOP compliance while reporting on performance metrics.

You will collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize stock levels, reduce excess and obsolete inventory, and ensure timely delivery to customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain / Logistics Management or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous, and communicative.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment operations in a consumer electronics context.
• Process orders in SAP, oversee inventory management and replenishment, coordinate shipments and returns.
• Ensure compliance with fulfillment SOPs and resolve order-related issues.
• Manage logistics service providers and maintain accurate reporting and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize inventory and minimize stock risks.
