Job summary

You will handle SAP-based order processing, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely delivery and accurate reporting. Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain/Logistics with ≥2 years in consumer electronics.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and proficient with MS Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment operations, including SAP processing and inventory replenishment.
• Coordinate shipments, returns, and ensure adherence to fulfillment SOPs.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to optimize inventory levels and reporting.
• Monitor orders and reconciliations, and manage service providers to optimize resources.
