Job summary

Razer Inc. is seeking a driven professional to manage end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment in the consumer electronics sector.

You will process orders in SAP, oversee inventory and replenishment, coordinate shipments and returns, and maintain accurate KPI reporting. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize stock levels, minimize obsolescence, and ensure timely delivery to customers and regional partners.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain / Logistics Management or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in the consumer electronics industry.
• Proficient in MS Office suite; knowledge of SAP ECC is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment operations in the consumer electronics industry.
• Process orders in SAP and oversee inventory management and replenishment.
• Coordinate shipments, handle returns and ensure adherence to fulfillment SOPs.
• Resolve order-related issues and manage logistics service providers and reporting metrics.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize inventory levels and delivery efficiency.
