Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Senior NPI Engineer to lead end-to-end APTD NPI programs, driving planning, execution, monitoring, and closure with cross-functional teams from APTD, PDE, CPI and NPI.

You will establish objectives, deliverables, metrics, and governance, mentor project managers, and embed analytics into development workflows while upholding compliance and delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in semiconductor packaging, process integration, or technology development.
Proven record leading complex, cross-functional programs.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of the full lifecycle of APTD programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Define program objectives, deliverables, resource plans, and success metrics.
Lead cross-functional teams across APTD, PDE, CPI, and NPI to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of initiatives.
Develop and implement standardized PMO methodologies, tools, and templates.
Lead CapEx and OpEx planning, PTM and MOR processes, and integrate BOP design systems.
Ensure compliance with governance standards and customer requirements.
Align program goals with charter to embed analytics and simulation into development workflows.
Drive team engagement and provide regular status updates on risks and mitigation.
