Job summary

Jacobs Singapore is seeking a Digital Delivery Lead to define and drive the digital delivery strategy for the New Kranji Water Reclamation Project, one of the world’s largest facilities. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, partner with PUB and engineering teams, and shape digital governance, data standards and performance indicators across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Engineering or a related discipline is required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to develop and implement digital delivery strategies for large infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of information management, BIM, digital engineering and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the project-wide Digital Delivery Strategy aligned with project objectives and outcomes.
• Provide strategic leadership for digital transformation initiatives across the project lifecycle.
• Act as principal advisor to Project Leadership on digital delivery, opportunities and risks.
• Establish and drive a culture of digital excellence and continuous improvement.
• Establish digital governance frameworks and data standards across disciplines and partners.
• Oversee data management, digital workflows, information exchange processes and reporting platforms.
• Drive integration between engineering, design, construction, commissioning, asset and operation information systems.
• Champion adoption of digital engineering tools, automation, analytics and AI-enabled solutions.
• Mentor and develop digital delivery capability across the broader organization.
• Ensure digital solutions support long-term asset management and lifecycle outcomes.
