Jacobs in Singapore is seeking a Civil Package Lead to oversee the planning, design and delivery of a multi‑billion‑dollar Water Reclamation Plant programme. You will coordinate civil site‑wide packages and manage interface with the Project Manager and discipline leads.

You will lead site investigations, assist permitting, and supervise tender documents, design reports and drawings. The role requires a degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering and 10+ years in large-scale water

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from a recognized university.
• 10+ years in design and delivery of large-scale civil or water infrastructure projects.
• Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience leading civil development packages through design, tender and construction phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate civil design delivery across WRP site-wide packages in collaboration with the Project Manager and package leads.
• Oversee site investigations, utility investigations, geotechnical assessments, surveys and condition assessments.
• Manage the design permitting and consultation process with authorities and utility agencies.
