You will partner with UX, product, R&D, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure design work starts with context, has clear owners, and is tracked in the right systems. You will drive Operational Excellence, align plans across time zones, manage risks, and push for measurable outcomes through governance, milestones, and scalable

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
5+ years in program/project/design/operations roles within software or digital products.
Strong understanding of the product design lifecycle and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with Jira, Figma, Microsoft 365, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Miro, Smartsheet; interest in AI tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple interconnected design programs from discovery through launch.
Partner with UX, product, R&D, engineering, data, and business stakeholders.
Translate concepts into actionable plans, track milestones, and manage risks.
Drive design intake, scoping, prioritization, and Jira traceability.
Ensure artifacts align to program plans and governance requirements.
Foster continuous improvement and automation in design operations.
