Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of complex software and digital solutions programs across global teams. You will ensure alignment with business strategy, customer experience goals, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
Five or more years of experience in program management, design operations, or related roles in software/digital product environments.
Strong understanding of product design lifecycle including discovery, requirements, UX definition, and delivery.
Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams across time zones with clear communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software and digital solutions programs.
Partner with UX leads, product owners, and engineering leaders to drive alignment and success.
Translate strategic goals into actionable plans with clear owners, dependencies, and milestones.
Ensure design work is tracked in Jira and linked to program artifacts across platforms.
