Job summary

HP, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end software and digital initiatives within the Global Experience Design Operations team.

You will partner with Product, R&D, and engineering to shape strategy, manage scope, and deliver measurable outcomes across time zones. This role requires a track record in program management, strong cross-functional collaboration, and fluency with Jira, Figma, MS 365, and AI-enabled design tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• 5+ years in program management or related design/UX operating roles in software/digital environments.
• Strong understanding of the product design lifecycle across discovery to optimization.
• Experience with Jira, Figma, MS 365, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Miro, Smartsheet; interest in AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software and digital solutions programs.
• Partner with UX leads, product owners, and engineering teams.
• Translate design work into Jira epics and track milestones.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across time zones.
• Improve design operations with standardized processes.
