Job summary

EDMI LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a proactive Demand Planner to support demand planning, forecasting, and order management across global operations. You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and regional teams to align forecasts with business needs and ensure timely order fulfilment.

Key duties include coordinating S&OP, monitoring forecast accuracy, risk-buy planning for tenders, and IBP processes.

Qualifications

Diploma in Business Administration or Electrical Engineering.
2-3 years of experience in demand planning; semiconductor industry preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook) and Power BI.
Experience with SAP is an added advantage.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

Demand Planning and S&OP support: monthly planning, monitor forecasts vs. actuals, assess material availability and production lead times.
Order Management: end-to-end fulfilment, ensure timely delivery and update stakeholders.
Regional Support & Stakeholder Coordination: assist regional teams and resolve day-to-day issues.
Reporting & Commercial Analysis: analyse KPIs and price variances to aid decision making.
Inventory & IBP: manage finished goods/inventory and support IBP adoption across regions.
