Evonik (SEA) Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a skilled supply chain planner with 3+ years of experience to manage demand planning, production scheduling and inventory for assigned plants. You will balance supply and demand within a regional/global network and support S&OP processes.

Qualifications

Diploma in supply chain management or related field.
3+ years of experience in supply chain management and production scheduling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and customer-orientation.
Familiarity with SAP and IBP R&S processes.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage allocated supply chain resources and demand processes to meet customer service targets at optimal cost.
Balance demand and supply for assigned plants and support regional/global network planning.
Run Integrated Business Planning (IBP) within S&OP processes for the plants.
Monitor planning KPIs and drive improvements across the supply chain.
Execute allocation processes during shortages to maximize business line value.
Oversee inventory management to optimize Net Working Capital and service levels.
Support global SCM projects like Distribution Network Optimization and End to End planning tools.
