Job summary

Dyson Institute is seeking a Demand Planner to develop robust bottom-up demand forecasts for products across global markets, with a primary focus on Southeast Asia. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning, and regional stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasts, optimal inventory, and clear communication of risks and opportunities.

The role drives continuous improvement in planning processes, supports IBP and S&OP activities, and leads data management and reporting to

Qualifications

Experience in demand planning for consumer goods or technology products.
Strong collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Planning teams.
Proficient data analysis and forecasting accuracy improvement.

Responsibilities

Develop bottom-up demand forecasts by market to guide business and production plans.
Validate SKU readiness and system status in SAP IBP; coordinate sign-off with regional timelines.
Collaborate with market teams to develop forecast plans for product ranging, NPD launches and phase-outs.
Monitor forecast performance and communicate risks and opportunities to leadership.
Support inventory planning, replenishment, and allocation aligned with demand.
Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and deployment of enabling technologies.
