Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 6-8 years experience in planning/Deliver/Strategy within a global environment.
• Proven leadership in Planning and IBP integration.
• Ability to lead teams and influence cross‑functional stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Deliver Operations Planning execution within established planning frameworks and standards.
• Own Deliver planning inputs and IBP integration, including capacity and risk analyses.
• Develop and execute planning scenarios and trade‑offs for enterprise decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Regional Deliver Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance.
• Monitor KPIs and escalate risks and gaps in governance forums.
