Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Singapore seeks an experienced Supply Chain Deliver professional to oversee warehousing, distribution, and logistics operations for the MedTech/Surgery franchises. You will manage 3PL providers, ensure compliance, and drive cost efficiency and continuous improvement.

The role interfaces with Finance, Procurement, Quality, and regional Deliver teams to enable reliable, compliant, and cost-effective operations. A bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in supply chain are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain is required.
• 7+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in distribution or customer service.
• Healthcare sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehousing, distribution, and local distribution operations.
• Manage 3PL performance against SOPs and KPIs.
• Control overall distribution costs and CIP targets.
• Coordinate customs, freight, and inbound/outbound logistics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliant operations.
• Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
