Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Deliver leader for SMIP markets (SG/MY/ID/PH) based in Singapore. You will own end-to-end warehouse, distribution, and customer service operations, drive cost and service excellence, and lead a high-performance team to deliver on tactical and strategic supply chain projects.

The role focuses on maintaining robust 4PL operations, collaborating with procurement and regional teams, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and audit

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics & supply chain, including customer service, planning or related functions.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Strong communication, decision-making and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day 4PL operations including warehouse, distribution and customer service, ensuring contractual obligations in ops metrics, cost, service, quality and safety targets.
• Manage import/export shipments through customs broker and inbound/outbound transportation suppliers.
• Support SAP transactions, order processing, financial closing, inventory reconciliation, invoicing and reporting.
• Drive 4PL performance excellence through regular reviews and CI initiatives across JJOS/regional programs.
• Collaborate with Quality, EHS and Compliance to meet audit requirements and close CAPA actions.
