Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Singapore seeks an experienced Lead for Deliver Operations Planning to drive global planning execution, capacity and labor planning, and IBP enablement. You will lead regional teams, influence stakeholders, and ensure governance across Deliver planning activities.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record in complex, matrix organizations with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
6–8 years in planning/Deliver/strategy in global environment.
Experience leading large programs and cross-functional teams.
Strong IBP integration knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead global Deliver Operations Planning activities within established planning frameworks and standards.
Drive capacity and labor planning across 3PL distribution centers and partners.
Own Deliver Operations Planning inputs, IBP, and scenario analyses for enterprise decisions.
Characterize planning scenarios and provide insights on operational and financial implications.
Ensure compliance with global Deliver planning standards, controls, and governance.
Identify and mitigate risks with disciplined planning and monitoring.
Lead and coach Deliver Operations Planning teams and collaborate with regions/functions.
Scope includes execution of Deliver Operations Planning, delivering planning inputs, and governance.
