Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks an experienced Digital Transformation Program Manager to lead data governance initiatives across Global Operations. The role requires establishing governance frameworks, partnering with IT, data office, and business stakeholders, and delivering scalable solutions that strengthen data quality and usability.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end programs from discovery to closure, translate business needs into governance processes, and influence senior leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, engineering, data, analytics, operations, supply chain or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of data governance, data management, digital transformation, or related experience.
• Experience implementing data governance frameworks in complex organizations.
• Manufacturing/operations or enterprise process experience preferred.
• Proven ability to drive programs from discovery through closure.
• Experience collaborating across business operations, IT, analytics, and leadership.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Experience with master data, data quality, metadata, data lineage, or data stewardship.
• Familiarity with data governance platforms (Collibra/Informatica) and MDG/SAP tools.
• PM or data governance certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead data governance and digital transformation initiatives from discovery through closure.
• Translate business needs into governance processes, controls, tools, and operating models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scalable governance solutions.
• Define data elements ownership, quality rules, metadata, glossary, and catalog requirements.
• Drive governance implementation across manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or enterprise processes.
• Provide expert consultation on governance policy, standards, and controls.
• Publish governance metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and adoption measures.
• Engage senior stakeholders to align priorities and secure decisions.
